Thanks Dr. Christine Bradstreet 🌴! I understand we need social media in our lives to keep in touch with friends, to improve your business etc., hence I’ve only removed it from my phone but I know that I can still access it whenever I’m using my laptop (which is pretty frequent already). So whenever I’m not on my laptop I won’t have the temptation to go onto social media anymore and ‘force’ myself to work on other important stuff like reading, writing and reflecting. Or you can also do a ‘one-day detox’ and see how that feels!
