Tears

Poem of the day

Tears,

Something people fear;

A sign of a heart being teared,

of someone so dear;

or a form of weakness,

exposed out in the air;

inviting chances of being teased,

by your peers;

but is that all to tears?

what’s wrong with being vulnerable?

why can’t we call embrace our natural emotions,

take it as an act of compassion,

something that improves our human interactions;

so just let those clear drops free,

because we’re all the same ultimately,

You and Me.
