Hey Diane! I totally can relate! I’m constantly modifying my daily routine as well because there is always urgent, tedious task that suddenly comes up and I’ll have to settle on the spot which takes my time away from working on my long-term goals. I also find that the 15-minute rule a day is really helpful for things like meditation and exercise which is often put aside because it is not something that has end goal but as rather a maintenance for good health.
